Affiliated School of JNU for Hong Kong & Macao Students School was founded under the guidance of Jinan University, a national "double first-class" and "211 project" construction university and a well-known overseas Chinese higher education institution;

Remarks: Primary School Mathematics paper is in full English and Language paper is in Simplified Chinese; Junior and Senior Secondary Mathematics paper is in English and Chinese, with Chinese in Traditional Chinese; Senior Secondary Language paper is in Traditional Chinese, and students may answer in Simplified Chinese.

The difficulty of the examination is based on the difficulty of the academic level assessment for students of the same grade in our school; based on the students' examination results and interview results, admission is based on merit.

Application Fee

Each applicant is required to pay an application fee of RMB500 (examination fee). Once the fee is paid, it is not refundable or transferable to other applicants.

All personal data submitted by the application will be handled by our school staff and kept confidential. The data of applicants who fail to enroll will be uniformly destroyed.

The IBPYP program, with English and Mandarin as the primary languages of study.

Hong Kong DSE Courses

HKDSE (Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education) is a public examination organized by the Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority (HKEAA) every year, which is equivalent to the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination (HKALE). Students are admitted to renowned universities in Hong Kong, China Mainland and overseas with their DSE results. More than 400 universities in 16 countries worldwide recognize the DSE results, and Hong Kong students can apply for admission to 138 universities in China, including Tsinghua University, Peking University and Fudan University (covering 985 and 211 universities in China Mainland   with their DSE results.

Starting from 2024, our school will officially become a Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (DSE) and examination school, and eligible students will take the DSE examination as current students. "In addition to the examination papers, students are required to complete relevant school-based assessment courses."

The DSE examination consists of four compulsory subjects and a number of elective subjects. The four compulsory subjects are: Language, Mathematics, English Language and Civics and Society, and there are a variety of choices for electives, including: Extended Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Chinese Literature, Economics, and Tourism and Hospitality.

In addition to academic excellence and foundation strengthening courses, the Upper School also has more than 30 ECA courses, such as English Speech, Recitation, Debate, Physics, Biology and Chemistry Competitions, Basketball, Badminton, Frisbee, Rugby, Fitness, Maths Helping the Foundation Classes, Economics Challenge, City of the Future, Tea Ceremony, and Art and Expression.
